What country are you in? Also probably could use muricacid to clear it out

I have a question. So I replaced the high pressure pump and cleaned the fuel thank also the injectors but still no pumping pressure to the injectors and yes the low pressure pump works

Just upgraded today, was paying £40 a month as I was out of contract for super fast and they upgraded me to £33 a month then when I asked if they had a new router as it’s the same one I had since 2018 they offered me WiFi max gave me a bigger discount now for £32 a month then said that I have a dead spot in my flat and they said if I have issues with the signal on the new router they said to get in touch and they will send out one of their pods free of charge, I thought that was weird but now seeing this and that a lot of people are having this issue it makes sense now they are doing it as a solution to the signal strength issue. Over all I’m paying £8 less a month with a newer but maybe worse signal router so can’t complain with that. One thing that I’m left perplexed by is why they don’t contact existing customers to offer this before contracts to keep people when they clearly can offer good deals to existing customers as well as new ones blows my mind.

This was fantastic. Just what I need because I'm gradually working my way through the problems. I think I have a faulty suction valve regulator on the High pressure pump but i've changed the EKPM pump control module (low pressure pump), the fuel filter, done a leak-off test and changed an injector as well as the fuel regulator on the common rail. Very hard to identify exactly where the fault is. Thanks very much.

Nice work, thanks for sharing 👍…Best change my oil soon ! Having said that an oil change won’t stop those plastic rails from failing. Worse thing on mine is the clutch… horrible grabby action apparently it’s a common fault.

new hub iss wifi 6 and WPA3 so way more secure then your old one and your normal person so default security is fine, these hubs are made on mass for mass use. best hopes are always paid ones from third partys

I'm with Sky 7 years and recently had to get a replacement router from them and basically no WiFi in my home now. They even sent out a booster (never needed a booster before) and no difference at all. Quite obvious they've downgraded the tech in the new routers to previous models.

I bought these chinese sensors too but they leave lot of spaces so doesnt even help at all

Taking out the 40amp fuse gets the P/S to go away and steering to work for a few rides, so does taking off the battery for a few hours, I want to know if this fix lasted after this video or it only worked cause you disconnected the battery for a few rides ?

Focus st diesel engine died while driving rac mechanic says timing belt had snapped . New engine or re-build ? Todays labour costs are soaring. Uk based if anyone has been quoted for a rebuild before . Car still need to be inspected as its just happened

I’m surprised you got the Q hub because that was replaced with the Sky Broadband Hub a long time ago. I have the Sky Broadband Hub which looks like the Max Hub but in black colour and has 4 Ethernet ports. Never had a problem with it as of now. I can’t even get the Max Hub if I wanted to because I have a gfast connection and the Max Hub hardware doesn’t support this kind of connection. I also heard the Max Hub’s features are more limited compared to the Broadband Hub.

Got my router yesterday - arranged to return it today. Absolutely no difference to wifi strength at all. In fact, it was worse.

Hi, did you figure out why was it shaking on idle, i have the exactly same engine and problem, sensors are good, high pressure pump is good, yet the pressure in the rail oscillates between 100000kPa and 300000kpa

My mondeo is keyless and wouldn’t go in service mode so this video helped massively, I couldn’t understand why the old inner pad had worn at an angle? And not evenly like the outta pad but new pads are on and all working great 👍 thanks for the insight

Is the solenoid a check valve to prevent oil return to the sump.

Check the crankshaft end float

Oil filter torque is crucial on these engines. Sometimes the filter does not seaĺ well.

Thanks Nuno for sharing your work. This video helped me so much switching my fiesta glow plugs and fuel filter. You were also talking about misfires be related to the timing belt not being synced with the pump. I can’t say which pump you were referring but I got it swap buy a professional (timing belt) and, can be coincidence, my car when fuel is low at 100km/h or higher it starts misfiring a lot. I will be back updating if the new Bosch fuel filter helped on this behavior

Hi, just tried the HPFP connector disconnect on my VW Golf Mk 6 1.6 tdi, and try to start the engine. It will not start no sign of life. My engine has a 1.6 TDI CAYC HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP P/N= 03L130755E This is the Continental brand type. This appears to be totaly opposite to this VW 2009 Tiguan which appears to have a different HPFP fitted maybe a Bosch type.

No real fix hear just speculation,good to know but bad high pressure fuel pump sensor connection not confirmed.

Great video, would have like to have seen how the tensioners came off as well as how the chain was removed plus a bit of info about refitting those parts. wasnt sure if there was some adjustment needed to the tensioners or if it self adjusted? Thanks

Good advise,simple instructions and not worried about wearing gloves...old school.
